GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Deposits
A minimum non-refundable booking deposit of £50 per booking is required; the full deposit is dependent on the minimum deposits required by our suppliers, hotels, etc. You will be advised of these at the time your booking request is made, but are generally 20% for accommodation and other services.
Payments
Last date for payments varies from supplier to supplier, but you will be advised of all cases in excess of 6 weeks prior to departure. All payments must be made in full at least 6 weeks before departure or with your booking confirmation if less. No tickets or vouchers can be issued until full payment is received.
Payments for Flights
In some cases the payment of fares can be deferred for a time that will be quoted to you, but deferment does not guarantee the fare price which is subject to variation by the airlines. To guarantee the ticket price the full fare should be paid with the booking deposit.
Security of Your Funds
General - All funds received from you are paid into a trust account which is administered by the Travel Trust Association of which we are members (membership number R5148). Funds are only released for payment to ATOL bonded suppliers, or on completion of your holiday. All funds paid to us are automatically secured by the Travel Trust Association up to £11000 per person if the funds are not in the trust account or been paid to bonded suppliers on production of evidence that such payment has been made.
Flights. - We provide air tickets only as Agents for an ATOL holder, the name and licence number of the provider will be advised to you. An ATOL receipt will be issued when we receive payment for your flights. Any money paid will be treated as an indication of your intention to enter into a formal contract for the purchase of the flight tickets and will be protected by the ATOL Bond.
Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations are dependent on notice given and the policy of the supplier, and can only be made on receipt of the refund from the supplier. In all cases the minimum deposit of £50 will not be refunded.
Flights - No refunds can be given for cancelled flights other than those granted by the airline.
General - Refunds will be made in accordance with the hotel or service supplier's general conditions of booking less the minimum £50 due to us which will be used to cover our costs of making your booking and arrangements. No refunds can be made in respect of insurance fees paid.
Alterations by You
If after accepting the booking you make any alterations a minimum fee of £10 per booking plus any costs charged by the suppliers may be made. This may also include cancellation fees. If one or more of your party cancels you will be liable for any charges for under occupancy.
If the reasons for your cancellation or alteration are covered by your insurance, you should be able to recover your costs and charges.
Exchange Rate fluctuations
The prices quoted are based on the foreign exchange rates ruling at the date of quotation. We reserve the right to alter prices should any excessive change occur before payment is received from you. We also reserve the right to alter prices should there be any changes due to government legislation, changes in taxes and duties, VAT, entrance fees to National Parks and the like and changes forced upon us for legitimate reasons by any of our suppliers.
Flight Times
Departure times may vary subject to traffic control, weather conditions, aircraft maintenance and other factors. Therefore no guarantee can be given that the flights will depart at the times given. We cannot accept any liability for the consequence of any delay and your comfort during such times which must lie with the airline concerned.
Alterations by Us
We reserve the right to alter the details of your travel should it become necessary due to changes forced upon us that will affect your comfort, the type of holiday and amenities that you have requested, the closure of hotels or cancellation of transport arrangements. As we are unable to cancel your flight with a refund, arrangements will be made for the next best alternative to suit your requirements at the same destination. Any saving in costs will be passed on to you. Should you request an alternative that is more expensive then the additional cost will be charged to you.
Use of other Tour Operators
If we find that we can obtain better prices or travel arrangements from other Tour Operators, then we shall advise you as such and with your approval use their package. In such cases their Conditions of Booking will apply. For these please refer to their brochure or travel documentation.
Complaints
If you have cause for complaint whilst on holiday, you should immediately either contact our local representative, details of whom are given in your travel notes, or contact us directly. In the latter case please have your call back number available and we will call you back immediately to avoid any costs to you. Should the matter not be satisfactorily resolved, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible but within 28 days of your return. Failure to do so could deprive us of the opportunity of properly investigating the cause, rectifying the situation and making any claims on your behalf, and may affect your rights against us.
Your Rights
Provided your expectations of your holiday are realistic and are not outside the scope of any advice that has been given to you, we will accept responsibility for compensation should your holiday not meet the expected standards. No compensation will be paid if there has been no fault on our part or that of our suppliers and the cause could not have been foreseen or avoided. The amount of compensation payable will be at our discretion taking into account all relevant factors and in particular the extent to which your holiday has been affected.
We will accept liability for any loss, death or injury caused by any fault or neglect by ourselves. However, our acceptance is conditional upon you assigning to us any rights you may have against any other person whose acts or omissions have given rise to our liability. We do not accept liability where the cause is due to acts or omissions of yourselves or those of third parties not involved in providing any part of the holiday package provided by us, or to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control or the consequences of which could not have been foreseen or avoided. Nor can we accept liability for anything that is covered by travel insurance or could be covered by at least the insurance offered by us whether or not you have taken it.
You are advised to make sure that you understand the conditions of insurance for any car you may hire during your holiday. Conditions of cover vary from country to country and may differ from what is considered standard in the UK. A common exclusion is damage caused by the driver's negligence even though the cover may be termed Comprehensive or Collision Damage Wavered. We cannot accept liability for any claims resulting from the use of hired vehicles.
We will give you every assistance in pursuing claims against your insurance and third parties causing loss, illness, injury or death while on your holiday but we cannot enter into any expense for such purpose.
Insurance
You are strongly advised and in most cases are required by carriers to take out travel insurance. No liability can be accepted by us for any cancellation, repatriation, medical expenses or recoupment of losses in the event of illness, injury or loss. In the event of any such claim we will provide every assistance reasonably possible to you but cannot enter into any expense for such purpose.
Your funds paid to us are automatically secured by the Travel Trust Association (see Security of Your Funds) whether or not you take out travel insurance. This security however, does not constitute Travel Insurance.
If your travel is cancelled or refused for reasons of inadequate insurance then the Cancellation Conditions as contained herein will apply.
Brochure Details
We make every effort to ensure that the brochure details and the information we give you is accurate, and we will advise you of any significant changes that come to our notice. However we cannot be held liable for any errors or misleading information contained therein.
Acceptance of Clients
For the protection of ourselves and the enjoyment of others while on holiday, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any person as a client or to conduct any business with any person at our sole discretion.

BEFORE DEPARTURE CHECKS
Passports
You must be in possession of a full passport valid for 6 months after your return. Visitors' passports are not acceptable. Visas for the Seychelles are currently not required by British Passport holders.
Correct Documents
Please check your documents and flight tickets thoroughly, particularly with respect to the names on your tickets being the same as on your passports. If they do not match you will not be permitted to travel.
Please also ensure that you have the required immunisation certificates where appropriate with you.
If you are travelling on honeymoon, silver or golden wedding anniversary please take a copy of your marriage certificate with you. Some establishments require proof before allowing you their special privileges.
We cannot be held liable if you are refused travel or services due to your inability to produce the correct documentation.
Departure Taxes
Many countries charge a departure tax when leaving the country. This is payable in cash in the country and is usually asked for in US$ or GB£. It is not included in the package which only includes Airport taxes and charges. The amount of this charge will be found in our travel notes for your destination, but it is subject to change.
